ABOUT ME
Teresa Raniere represents purchasers, sellers, private lenders and financial institutions in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisition and construction loans, refinances, and CEMAs. She handles every aspect of the real estate and settlement process from contract negotiation to closing, title review and clearance to HUD-1s and disbursement of funds. She prides herself in her diligence, responsiveness, and commitment to closing each transaction.
Ms. Raniere received her Juris Doctor from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, in 2017, and her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies in 2009. She is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York.
