ABOUT ME
Hanzel graduated from John Jay School of Criminal Justice in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He then received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in May of 2021. Mr. Batista passed the New York State Bar Exam in October, 2021. He has been a member of the Puleo Delisle PLLC team since March of 2020 with experience representing Buyers, Sellers, Investors, and Lenders in residential transactions. Mr. Batista is bilingual, fluent in both English & Spanish. A fun fact; Hanzel represented himself at his own closing to purchase his very first house in March 2021.
