ABOUT ME
Ms. Mulligan works closely with our Real Estate Division, representing clients in residential purchase and sale transactions. In addition to transactional matters, Ms. Mulligan’s substantive experience dealing with all facets of title and settlement has made her a valuable member of our Title Curative Team. Prior to her association with Puleo Delisle, PLLC, Ms. Mulligan represented clients in criminal matters and tax lien foreclosure litigation. Ms. Mulligan graduated cum laude from Hofstra University School of Law (JD, 2010). She is a current member of the LIBOR Suffolk South Shore Chapter.
