ABOUT ME

Mr. Hansen graduated from the State University of Stony Brook in 1980 and St. Johns Law School in 1983, admitted to the New York State Bar in 1984. Mr. Hansen began his career with a landlord & tenant firm in Manhattan, which helped form the foundation of his expertise, however he was not a city person. From 1985 through 2021, he worked for a general practice law firm handling cases including criminal, matrimonial, and plaintiff personal injury. However, his primary focus has always been landlord & tenant matters including commercial and residential properties for landlords or tenants. For five years, Mr. Hansen was the local counsel for the Pizza Hut Corporation, handling all New York landlord & tenant cases. Mr. Hansen joined the Puleo Delisle team in January, 2022 to primarily focus on landlord & tenant practice, as well as all other real estate related litigation.

Mr. Hansen is happily married since 1994, with one daughter who has her masters in architecture.
